Common use of Assistance and Study Committees Clause in Contracts

Assistance and Study Committees. a. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, professional or lay consultants and/or other individuals with expertise or specific knowledge may be invited to address an issue or issues under consideration at negotiations. The expense of securing the attendance of such individuals shall be borne by the party requesting same. Such individuals may be questioned during negotiating sessions by either party.
