Assignments Necessitating Required Qualification or Specific Gender. An employee who does not possess the special qualifications and ability required, (if any) to perform the particular overtime work or who does not meet any legally required or implied gender requirement may be bypassed. Under normal circumstances, the Employer shall make an affirmative effort to alter daily assignments of on-duty staff to prevent employees from being passed over on the OEL. All voluntary overtime hours worked shall be recorded on the OEL.
