ASSIGNMENT WITHIN SCOPE OF CERTIFICATION. No teacher shall be assigned to teach in a grade level and/or subject area not within the scope of his/her teaching certificate or of his/her major or minor field of study, except in a temporary emergency.

AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
Assignment, Etc The Holder may assign or transfer this Note to any transferee at its sole discretion. This Note shall be binding upon the Company and its successors and shall inure to the benefit of the Holder and its successors and permitted assigns.
Annual Certification The Contractor is required to submit an annual certification demonstrating compliance with the Warranty of Security to the Department by December 31 of each Contract year.
Form of Certificate Each Certificate evidencing STRYPES shall be countersigned manually or in facsimile by the Managing Trustee and executed manually by the Paying Agent in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto with the blanks appropriately filled in, shall be dated the date of execution and delivery by the Paying Agent and shall represent a fractional undivided interest in the Trust, the numerator of which fraction shall be the number of STRYPES set forth on the face of such Certificate and the denominator of which shall be the total number of STRYPES outstanding at that time. All STRYPES shall be issued in registered form and shall be numbered serially. Pending the preparation of definitive Certificates, the Trustees may execute and the Paying Agent shall authenticate and deliver temporary Certificates (printed, lithographed, typewritten or otherwise reproduced, in each case in form satisfactory to the Paying Agent). Temporary Certificates shall be issuable as registered Certificates substantially in the form of the definitive Certificates but with such omissions, insertions and variations as may be appropriate for temporary Certificates, all as may be determined by the Trustees with the concurrence of the Paying Agent. Every temporary Certificate shall be executed by the Managing Trustee and be authenticated by the Paying Agent upon the same conditions and in substantially the same manner, and with like effect, as the definitive Certificates. Without unreasonable delay the Managing Trustee shall execute and shall furnish definitive Certificates and thereupon temporary Certificates may be surrendered in exchange therefor without charge at each office or agency of the Paying Agent and the Paying Agent shall authenticate and deliver in exchange for such temporary Certificates definitive Certificates for a like aggregate number of STRYPES. Until so exchanged, the temporary Certificates shall be entitled to the same benefits hereunder as definitive Certificates.
Amendment of Certificate In the event this Agreement shall be amended pursuant to Section 14.1, the General Partner shall amend the Certificate to reflect such change if it deems such amendment of the Certificate to be necessary or appropriate.
Acceptance of Assignment Assignee hereby accepts the assignment contained in paragraph 1 hereof.
Resume Self-Certification Form When submitting a response to an RFQ the Contractor shall submit with its response a completed and signed Resume Self-Certification Form (Contract Exhibit F) to the Customer for each proposed Staff member identified in the RFQ response.
Exception to Assignments I understand that the provisions of this Agreement requiring assignment of Inventions to the Company do not apply to any invention which qualifies fully under the provisions of California Labor Code Section 2870 (attached hereto as Exhibit B). I will advise the Company promptly in writing of any inventions that I believe meet the criteria in California Labor Code Section 2870 and not otherwise disclosed on Exhibit A.
Submission of Certified Payroll Transcripts for Public Works Contracts Only Contractors and Subcontractors on public works projects must submit monthly payroll transcripts to the Authorized User that has prepared or directs the preparation of the plans and specifications for a public works project, as set forth in the Bid Specifications. For Mini-Bid solicitations, the payroll records must be submitted to the entity preparing the agency Mini-Bid project specification. For “agency specific” Bids, the payroll records should be submitted to the entity issuing the purchase order. For all other OGS Centralized Contracts, such records should be submitted to the individual agency issuing the purchase order(s) for the work. Upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and the Authorized User, the form of submission may be submitted in a specified disk format acceptable to the Department of Labor provided: 1) the Contractor/Subcontractor retains the original records; and, (2) an original signed letter by a duly authorized individual of the Contractor or Subcontractor attesting to the truth and accuracy of the records accompanies the disk. This provision does not apply to Article 9 of the Labor Law building services contracts.
Form of Certificates Every holder of shares in the Corporation shall be entitled to have a certificate signed, in the name of the Corporation (i) by the Chief Executive Officer, President or a Vice President and (ii) by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Corporation, certifying the number of shares owned by such holder of shares in the Corporation.
