Assignment Selection. Assignment selections shall be made as follows: A. Not later than the Monday of the first full week of December, the University, will determine and post the number of positions to be assigned to each work schedule, which will consist of two 6 month periods beginning with the first Sunday in March and the first Sunday in September in the following year. This staffing determination will be consistent with efficient and effective operations of the Department. The University will post the schedule no less than 48 hours in advance of the time the selection process will formally begin.
