Assignment Procedure. To ensure equity in assignments, the annual co-curricular supervision duty schedule shall be posted and distributed. On the first duty day of the teacher school year, each unit member may select two duty assignments. On the second duty day of the teacher school year, each unit member may select two additional assignments. After the second duty day, each unit member may select remaining uncovered assignments. Co-curricular assignments, that remain uncovered following the third duty day, will be assigned by the Principal’s activities designee as follows: a. Assignments will be made to those who did not sign up for four assignments, beginning with unit members who signed up for the fewest duties.
