Common use of Assignment Plan Fund Clause in Contracts

Assignment Plan Fund. (a) Effective June 14, 2002, an amount equal to one cent ($0.01) per hour for all classifications covered by this Collective Agreement will be paid to the Trustees of the Jurisdictional Assignment Plan Fund, in accordance with the standard remittance form provided for in this Collective Agreement for each hour of work performed by each Employee covered by this Agree- ment.
