Assignment Areas. Bargaining unit members will not be involuntarily transferred out of their current assignment area unless they voluntarily accept such a transfer. For purposes of this provision, the assignment areas are defined as: 1. Xxxxxxx County; 2. Xxxxxxx/Xxxxxxxxx Counties, and; 3. Klamath County. This provision does not apply to Article 13, Layoff and Recall.
