Common use of Asbestos Materials Clause in Contracts

Asbestos Materials. Employees required to wear protective equipment (i.e. combination overalls and breathing equipment or similar apparatus) as part of the necessary safeguards required by the appropriate occupational health authority for the use of materials containing asbestos or to work in close proximity to employees using such materials will be paid an allowance in accordance with Clause A2 – Allowance table whilst wearing such equipment.

Asbestos Materials.
