ARTICLE V - STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. 5.01 The Board agrees that there shall be no lockout of Instructors and the ETFO agrees that there shall be no strike during the life of this Agreement. Lockout and strike shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended from time to time.
