- Armed Forces Unpaid Leave Clause Samples

The Armed Forces Unpaid Leave clause allows employees to take a leave of absence from work without pay when they are called to serve in the armed forces. The core function of this clause is to support employees' legal rights and obligations related to military service while providing employers with a clear process for managing such absences.
