Common use of Architect’s Invoices Clause in Contracts

Architect’s Invoices. 21.1.1. If the District disapproves of any portion or amount(s) of the Architect’s invoices, the District shall within thirty (30) days of receipt by the District of any of the Architect’s invoices, communicate to the Architect in writing, with reasonable detail, the portion or amount of the Architect’s invoices that are disapproved for payment, the portion or amount of the Architect’s invoices that are approved for payment, and the basis for the District’s disapproval of the disputed portion(s) or amount(s) of the Architect’s invoices (“Disputed Architect Invoice Detail”).
