APT Member Requested Development. All leaves and financial agreements must be concluded prior to the seminar, commencement of the course, conference or similar program. APT members may apply to their Director or equivalent for permission to attend workshops, seminars, conferences and training courses including First-Nations culturally oriented development opportunities.
