Approved Training. 5.1. The Training Provider shall submit such course information to SDS relating to Approved Training and/or any application for Approved Training, as SDS shall request from time to time. 5.2. Subject to the Training Provider meeting its obligations under this Agreement in full at all times, SDS shall enter and maintain the Approved Training being provided by the Training Provider, on the ITA Database.
