Common use of Approved Drivers Clause in Contracts

Approved Drivers. ‌ No person shall operate a school vehicle except the driver assigned, or another person approved by the Board. The regular driver will select a substitute driver from the approved substitute list in the event that the regular driver is unable to perform their duties.
