Approved Drivers Clause Samples
The Approved Drivers clause defines which individuals are authorized to operate a vehicle under a contract or insurance policy. Typically, it lists specific people by name or describes qualifying criteria, such as age, driving record, or employment status, that drivers must meet to be considered approved. This clause ensures that only vetted and responsible individuals are permitted to drive, thereby reducing risk for the vehicle owner or insurer and clarifying liability in the event of an accident.
