Common use of Approval of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Approval of Proceedings. All proceedings to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incident thereto, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Purchaser and its counsel; and the Purchaser shall have received copies of all documents or other evidence which the Purchaser or its counsel may request in connection with such transactions and of all records of corporate proceedings in connection therewith in form and substance satisfactory to the Purchaser or its counsel.
