Common use of Approval of Contractor’s Staff Clause in Contracts

Approval of Contractor’s Staff. County has the absolute right to approve or disapprove all of Contractor’s staff performing work hereunder and any proposed changes in Contractor’s staff, including, but not limited to, Contractor’s Project Director. Contractor shall provide County with a resume of each proposed substitute and an opportunity to interview such person prior to any staff substitution.
