Common use of Approval of Contractor’s Staff Clause in Contracts

Approval of Contractor’s Staff. 4.2.1 County Project Director has the right to approve or disapprove any proposed replacement for Contractor Project Manager. If Contractor desires to replace, or if County, at its discretion, requires removal of, Contractor Project Manager, Contractor shall provide County with a resume of such proposed replacement, and an opportunity to interview such person prior to such person performing any Work hereunder. County shall not unreasonably delay its approval of a replacement of Contractor Project Manager.
