Common use of Approval and Filing Clause in Contracts

Approval and Filing. Each Party shall approve this Agreement by resolution, ordinance, motion or otherwise pursuant to the laws of the governing body of each Party. The signatures of the authorized signatories below shall constitute a presumption that such approval was properly obtained. A copy of this Agreement shall be filed and/or posted pursuant to chapter 39.34
