Appropriate Administrator. An employee with a grievance (not remedied through informal discussion) shall submit their grievance in writing to their appropriate administrator (principal and/or designated supervisor) within thirty (30) working days of its occurrence. The written grievance shall set forth all of the pertinent facts, enumerate the specific provisions of the Agreement asserted to be violated, and specify the remedy requested. The appropriate administrator shall meet with the employee and their representative to discuss the grievance. The appropriate administrator shall issue a written decision within five (5) working days of such meeting.
