Common use of Appropriate Administrator Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Administrator. The term “appropriate administrator” as used in this Article means the administrator to whom the adjunct professor is routinely accountable (i.e., the Xxxx or an Associate Xxxx in their school or college) or the administrator designated by the Vice President for Academic Affairs to act pursuant to this Article.
