Apprentice Wages. Apprentices shall be paid the following wage scale: First six months 45% of Scale of Journeymen Second six months 50% of Scale of Journeymen Third six months 55% of Scale of Journeymen Fourth six months 60% of Scale of Journeymen Fifth six months 65% of Scale of Journeymen Sixth six months 70% of Scale of Journeymen Seventh six months 75% of Scale of Journeymen Eighth six months 80% of Scale of Journeymen The period of indentureship shall be four (4) years.
