Apprentice Tools. The District will for current and future apprentices, upon presentation of receipts, reimburse an apprentice fifty (50%) of the initial cost of tools to a maximum of four thousand five hundred ($4500) dollars. To be eligible for this reimbursement the tools must be determined by the Apprentice Sponsor to compliment the requirements of the apprentice prior to purchase. All such tools become the property of the apprentice.
