Apprentice Tools Sample Clauses

The "Apprentice Tools" clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the tools and equipment provided to an apprentice during their training or employment. Typically, this clause specifies whether the employer or the apprentice is responsible for supplying necessary tools, outlines the conditions for their use, and may address issues such as maintenance, return, or replacement of tools. By clarifying these expectations, the clause helps prevent disputes over tool ownership and ensures that both parties understand their obligations, thereby supporting a smooth apprenticeship experience.
