Common use of Appointment of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Contractor. 00.00.0.Xx order to carry out the operations of the Silo Complex, the Concessionaire may appoint any person(s) as Contractor(s), at its own cost and risk, for any works related to operations of the Silo Complex; provide that such person(s) are capable for carrying out the required work for and on behalf of the Concessionaire.
