Appointment Decisions. The decision to appoint or reappoint a Part-time Faculty Member may be made only by the Xxxxxxx or an authorized designee of the Xxxxxxx. Part-time Faculty employment is on an as-needed basis; as such there are no guarantees with respect to courses taught, hours worked, or terms or conditions of employment except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement.
