Applicable Laws and Regulations. All activities conducted by Licensee pursuant to this SLA shall be in compliance with all Applicable Laws and shall be conducted at Licensee’s own cost and expense. Interpretation and enforcement of the terms of this SLA and the SPPA shall be governed by California law. Any contract entered into by Licensee for work to be performed pursuant to this License shall incorporate this section and shall require that subcontractors comply with all Applicable Laws.
