Applicable Law and Forum. 21.1. The construction, interpretation and performance under these General Conditions of Purchase and/or any Purchase Order and/or, if applicable, any contract or agreement entered into by the Parties, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without application of its conflict or choice of laws provisions, and excluding the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
