APN RE is the responsible entity of the APD Trust. (c) APN RE is a public company incorporated in Australia, registered in Victoria and is a company limited by shares. (d) APD is a stapled group, comprising APN PG and APD Trust, which is listed on the ASX. (e) As at the date of the Implementation Deed, 329,548,043 APD Securities were on issue. Each APD Security comprises one APD Share stapled to one APD Trust Unit, and they trade together as a stapled security on ASX.
