Anticipation of Delivery Schedule. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Seller shall not make material commitments or production arrangements in excess of the amount or in advance of the time necessary to meet firm delivery schedules and those planned schedules that are within lead time. Unless specifically agreed to, in writing, Sell shall not deliver goods prior to the Buyer’s requirement date.

Anticipation of Delivery Schedule. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Seller shall not make commitments or production arrangements in excess of the amount or in advance of the time necessary to meet the delivery schedule in the Purchase Order. It is Seller’s responsibility to comply with the Purchase Order schedule, but not to anticipate Buyer’s requirements. Goods shipped to Buyer in advance of the Purchase Order schedule may be returned by Buyer to Seller at Seller’s expense.
Anticipation of Delivery Schedule. Any material arriving more than five days prior to the delivery schedule may be returned at the Seller’s expense. When a release is required prior to shipment, the Seller must obtain the release from the Purchaser prior to shipment.

  • SCOPE OF DELIVERY Seller agrees to accept deliveries of natural gas belonging to Buyer at Seller's delivery point from the upstream pipeline located near Columbia, South Carolina, and to transport Buyer's gas and redeliver to Buyer. Service provided hereunder is in lieu of natural gas provided from Seller's system supply to satisfy Buyer's fuel requirements in Priority-of-Service Category 3C. Xxxxx agrees that the transportation service is provided on an interruptible basis. Interruptions of transportation service shall be at the sole discretion of Seller or whenever service is interrupted by any upstream pipeline.
