Anti-Raiding of Employees. The Participant agrees that for a period of one year after the Participant’s separation from employment with the Company Group Members for any reason whatsoever, whether using the Company Group Members’ trade secrets or not, the Participant shall not disrupt, damage, impair, or interfere with the Company Group Members’ business by raiding the Company Group Members’ employees.
