Company Group Members definition

Company Group Members means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiary Group Member; and “Company Group Member” means any one of them.
Company Group Members means HoldCo, LGH, London, BDL, LMX, London Whiskey, KYLH, LBD, LDLH, LDL, NDC, LRDH, LFL and LRD in the aggregate, and references to “Company Group Member” means any of the foregoing entities, provided that references to any Company Group Member or such Company Group Member are not exclusive and may include one or more Company Group Members as the context may require. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company Group Members shall not include the Excluded Entities.
Company Group Members means your subsidiaries, holding company or the other subsidiaries of your holding company (or all of these).

Examples of Company Group Members in a sentence

  • The Company Group Members hold certain personal information, including the Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social security number or other employee tax identification number, employment history and status, salary, nationality, job title, and any equity compensation grants or Shares awarded, cancelled, purchased, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan (“Data”).

  • The Company Group Members will transfer Data to any third parties assisting the Company in the implementation, administration and management of the Plan.

  • The Company Group Members may also make the Data available to public authorities where required under locally applicable law.

  • One of the Company Group Members has a valid and subsisting leasehold interest in all such Leased Real Property, and to the Knowledge of the Company, there are no material disputes with respect to any material Lease, in each case, subject only to Permitted Liens.

  • One of the Company Group Members owns and has good title to all material equipment and other tangible property and tangible assets reflected on the books of the Company as owned by any Company Group Member, free and clear of all Liens other than Permitted Liens, except as would not individually or in the aggregate, have a Company Material Adverse Effect.


More Definitions of Company Group Members

Company Group Members means all of the foregoing entities in the aggregate.
Company Group Members means the Company and the Subsidiary and Company Group Member means any one of them. Completion means the acquisition of the Vendor Shares in accordance with clause 7.
