Common use of Anti-kickback Clause in Contracts

Anti-kickback. Contractor warrants that no person has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Agreement upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee, and that no employee or officer of the Town has any interest, financially or otherwise, in the Project. For breach or violation of this warranty, the Town shall have the right to annul this Agreement without liability or, in its discretion, to deduct from the Contract Price or consideration, the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee.

Contractor The CONTRACTOR warrants that no person has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Agreement Contract upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee, and that no employee or officer of the Town TOWN has any interest, financially or otherwise, in the Project. For breach or violation of this warranty, the Town TOWN shall have the right to annul this Agreement Contract without liability or, in its discretion, to deduct from the Contract Price price or consideration, the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee.

For breach or violation of this warranty, the Town CITY shall have the right to annul this Agreement Contract without liability or, in its discretion, to deduct from the Contract Price or consideration, the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee.

Anti-kickback. Contractor CONTRACTOR warrants that no person has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Agreement Contract upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage brokerage, or contingent fee, fee and that no employee or officer member of the Town CONTRACTOR's team has any interest, financially or otherwise, in the ProjectSELLER or with any of its employees. For breach or violation of this warranty, the Town SELLER shall have the right to annul this Contract and the License Agreement without liability or, in its discretion, to deduct from the Contract Price Sum or consideration, the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage brokerage, or contingent fee.
