Annual Program Reports. The Commission shall submit an annual program report as specified by 40 CFR §144.8 to the Regional Administrator sixty (60) days after the end of the federal fiscal year. The report is for the period of October 1 through September 30 (federal fiscal year) and will consist of the following: 1. A well inventory consisting of the facility name and ID, location, well type, and well status. 2. A written summary of the major program activities completed and in progress during the fiscal year as identified in the work plan. The Commission will provide the EPA any information or data necessary to assist in the development of the State/EPA SEA process.
Annual Program Reports. The Provider shall complete the Annual Program Data Report form, incorporated herein by reference, by the 15th of the month following the month in which the fiscal year ends, to document all services and data for clients of this subcontract.
Annual Program Reports. Along with the annual external audit and management-prepared financial reports, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must deliver to XXX a program report describing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s progress during the preceding fiscal year in accomplishing the Project. Each program report must follow the reporting guidelines provided by XXX to Borrower from time to time and must describe any material developments affecting Borrower's ability to accomplish the purpose of the Project. Borrower must promptly provide XXX with such additional information relating to the Project, and the financing thereof, as XXX may request from time to time.
Annual Program Reports. The Contractor shall submit Annual program reports for the length of the Contract period commencing upon the initial day of the Contract. These reports shall be completed by February 15 for the previous calendar year. The City may request program reports at any time during the calendar year but allowing the Contractor 30 days to prepare the reports. These reports shall clearly indicate individual totals for single family, multi-family and commercial collection. At a minimum, the reports shall include: a. Monthly summary of Recyclable Materials and Compostable Organics by tonnage, collected and recovered (not disposed of at landfill), by customer category. b. Residential Recycle participation (Count customers twice a year, April & October) c. Monthly summary of solid waste tonnage, by customer category. d. Customer complaint report, missed pick ups, missed deliveries, etc.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget.
