Research Reports shall have the meaning set forth in §2.2(a) of this Agreement.

Research Reports means research reports published in the academic journals of Japan or foreign countries or research reports, etc. published internally or by relevant business entities.

Research Reports means the reports required to be provided pursuant this Agreement with respect to the Research Program, including the quarterly reports summarizing the Catalyst Research Activities during the Research Term as described in Section 3.4.1 and research cost reports as described in Section 7.2 (Reimbursement of Research Costs).

Examples of Research Reports in a sentence

As used herein, the term “Dealer-Supplied Fund Materials” shall include any materials prepared by Dealer or its affiliates that (i) relate to the Fund, (ii) are not Research Reports (as defined in Section 6(d)) and (iii) either only contain the name of the Fund or have been approved in writing by Distributor.
Dealer agrees to provide such Research Reports to Distributor upon Distributor’s request.
The corresponding author is responsible for providing a description of each author’s contributions to all Original Research and Brief Research Reports, including which authors (s) conducted the statistical analysis.
Our Electronic Services make available certain financial market data, quotes, news, research and opinions (including Research Reports, as defined below) or other financial information (collectively “Information”) that has been independently obtained by certain financial market information services, financial publishers, various securities markets including stock exchanges and their affiliates, investment bankers and other providers (collectively the “Information Providers”) or has been obtained by us.
Distributor agrees that Dealer may use information in the Offering Materials in its Research Reports given to current and prospective investors.
However, Dealer makes no representation or warranty whatsoever, with respect to any written information in Research Reports about Distributor, the Fund or any of their respective affiliates that was provided or approved by Distributor, the Fund or any of their respective affiliates expressly for use with Clients and made available or furnished to Clients “Distributor Supplied Information” or information omitted from Research Reports in reliance upon or in conformity with Distributor Supplied Information.
The Research Reports have been prepared as of the date indicated and may become unreliable for various reasons including, for example, changes in market or economic circumstances.
Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.
If you are a securities broker, dealer or investment banker, by requesting or receiving any Research Reports, you agree not to use any such Research Reports for any purpose related to your business.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Electronic Services or any portion of them (including without limitation, the Information (including Research Reports)) in its sole discretion, without notice and without limitation, for any reason whatsoever.

More Definitions of Research Reports

Research Reports means the written report summarizing the results of the research conducted during the term of the Research Program, including but not limited to all data, conclusions, results, observations and a detailed description of all procedures.

Research Reports means all research data and reports created or prepared by the Shareholder or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, in connection with the sale, distribution and marketing of financial services products, brokerage services and/or the competitive equivalents thereof, including, without limitation, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, margin contracts, insurance products, limited partnership interests or securities, in the ordinary course of business.

Research Reports means the reports on the progress and findings of the Research Project which the Principal Investigator shall provide to Sponsor in accordance with Appendix “A”.

Research Reports shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3.1.4(b).
