ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT. Annually, within thirty (3) days of the anniversary of the effective date of this Master Contract, Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Total dollar amount collected for Purchasers, by Purchaser, total amount of debt, total debt collection service fees collected, by Purchaser, and applicable debt collection service fees. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.
