Common use of ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Clause in Contracts

ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT. Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: ▪ Number of inquiries received from Purchasers; ▪ Number of jobs accepted from inquiries; ▪ Number of jobs NOT accepted from such inquiries and the reason(s) for not accepting such jobs; and ▪ For each PO/SOW: o Did Contractor meet the target completion date? If not, why? o Did Contractor complete the project below the target budget? If not, why? o Did Contractor recycle old cabling that was removed? If so, how much? This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by Microsoft (MS) Excel. Such report is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the annual anniversary of the effective date of this Master Contract.
