Common use of Annual Leave Accrual Conditions Clause in Contracts

Annual Leave Accrual Conditions. Leave shall accrue during the period an employee is on annual leave. Such additional accrual shall be canceled if the employee terminates employment, with the exception of voluntary retirement, and fails to resume active duty on completion of authorized leave. Leave does not accrue during periods of leave without pay.
