Common use of Annual Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and or Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 217,500 per year, minus year (subject to applicable withholdings and deductions, ) payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 ___________ per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 315,000 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, may increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 525,000 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 400,000 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 385,000 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of Seventy-Two Thousand Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($175,000 72,000.24) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of Two Hundred Seven Thousand and Five Dollars ($175,000 207,005) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board of Directors in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 205,000 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 230,000.00 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, may increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($175,000 270,000.00) per year, minus year (subject to applicable withholdings and deductions, ) payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Three Dollars and Twenty Cents ($175,000 180,003.20) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and or Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 154,679.00 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and or Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 132,017.60 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000 95,000.00) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and or Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 213,000.00 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Corporation and/or or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 165,000 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, may increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of Fifty-Two Thousand Dollars ($175,000 52,000.00) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and or Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 160,425.00 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000 175,000) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board of Directors in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($175,000 150,000.00) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000 125,000.00) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 204,230 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 290,000 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, may increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Corporation and/or or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and or Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of $175,000 219,450.00 per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. Corporation and/or or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($175,000 105,400) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred dollars ($175,000 98,600) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Ten Thousand dollars ($175,000 110,000) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and the Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($175,000 350,000) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or the Bank. Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board of Directors in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board of Directors in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($175,000 115,000) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary in the aggregate during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand dollars ($175,000 125,000) per year, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and or Bank shall initially pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($175,000 113,000) per year, minus year (subject to applicable withholdings and deductions, ) payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or Bank. After Executive's review in March 2001, Corporation and/or or Bank shall increase his Annual Base Salary to One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) per year. Following said increase, Corporation or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any . Any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Annual Base Salary. For services performed by Executive under this Agreement, Corporation and Bank shall pay Executive an Annual Base Salary during the Employment Period at the rate of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($175,000 240,000) per year, minus year (subject to applicable withholdings and deductions, ) payable at the same times as salaries are payable to other executive employees of Corporation or BankCorporation. Corporation and/or Bank may, from time to time, increase Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.

Corporation and/or The Bank may, from time to time, may increase Executive’s Annual Base Salary, and any and all such increases shall be deemed to constitute amendments to this Section 4(a5(a) to reflect the increased amounts, effective as of the date established for such increases by the Board of Directors of Corporation or the Bank or any committee of such Board in the resolutions authorizing such increases.
