Activities that are ancillary to a worker’s direct production work are considered hours worked in direct production for purposes of calculating the average hourly base wage rate. Such activities include, for example, paid time spent donning and xxxxxxx clothing and equipment, receiving on-the- job training, and attending safety and production meetings for workers on the production line related to direct production work.
