An Application for Tenant Improvement. Payment shall be considered improperly executed and returned, if payment is requested from a Schedule of Value line item that exceeds the percentage of work performed in that pay period for that scope of work, or that does not have funds available or that have been exhausted for that Schedule of Value line item, or if an Application for Tenant Improvement Payment includes line items not shown in the Schedules of Values of Exhibits G.
