AMPLIFICATION. The provisions of this Declaration may be amplified by the Articles of Incorporation and By‑Laws of Keystone Glades Homeowners Association, Inc., but no such amplification shall alter or amend substantially any of the rights or obligations of the Owners set forth in the Declaration, or any Supplemental Declaration. The Declarant intends that the provisions of this Declaration and any Supplemental or Amended Declaration, on the one hand, and the Articles of Incorporation and By‑Laws on the other hand, be interpreted, construed and applied to avoid inconsistencies or conflicting results. If such conflict necessarily results, however, Declarant intends that the provisions of this Declaration, or any Supplemental or Amended Declaration, control anything to the contrary in the Articles of Incorporation or By‑Laws.
AMPLIFICATION. The Orchestra shall not be electronically amplified without its consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
AMPLIFICATION. Sound pressure levels must not exceed occupational noise standards set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) and must remain compliant with those standards throughout the duration of the Engagement. CSU reserves the right to interrupt, and if necessary, terminate the Engagement in order to comply with these standards. Termination of the Engagement pursuant to this provision will result in cancellation of this Agreement and forfeiture of payment.
AMPLIFICATION. No amplified music, whether live or recorded, is allowed at any park of recreation area. The City may allow exceptions to this regulation under certain circumstances and through a permit process for a special event.

  • Synchronization The Licensor hereby grants limited synchronization rights for One (1) music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 500,000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites. A separate synchronisation license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.

You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Firmware The Contractor shall deliver firmware required for production acceptance testing in accordance with CDRL A009 Contractor’s Supplier Configuration Management Plan.   • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.
