Amounts of Capital Expenditure Loans. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Article 10 and the other provisions of this Agreement, each Lender severally agrees, upon the Borrower's request from time to time on any Business Day during the period from the Closing Date to the earlier of the Termination Date or twenty-four (24) months following the first draw, which draw shall be made within eighteen (18) months following the Closing Date, to make loans (the "Capital Expenditure Loans") under a capital expenditure line to the Borrower, in amounts not to exceed such Lender's Pro Rata Share of the Borrower's Capital Expenditure Loan Availability. The Capital Expenditure Loans shall be used solely for the purchase of new Equipment for the Project.

  • Status of Capital Contributions (a) No Member shall receive any interest, salary or drawing with respect to its Capital Contributions or its Capital Account, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement.
