Amount of the Administrative Fee. The amount of the Administrative Fees shall be determined in accordance with Ecobatterien’s statutes. A list of Administrative Fees for the concerned batteries and accumulators is provided in appendix 1, valid at 01/01/2015. In the event the Administrative Fee should be modified in accordance with Ecobatterien’s statutes, the Co-contractor shall be informed on the amount of the new Administrative Fee in writing.
