The Recycling Fee clause establishes a charge that covers the costs associated with recycling materials or products at the end of their useful life. Recycling Fee. A $25.00 per Tenant per year recycling fee will be billed in advance of Property occupation by Tenant. Tenant will not receive keys or access to Property until this fee is paid.
