Americans with Disabilities. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, the decision to make or refuse any reasonable accommodation or to take any other action to fulfill legal obligations imposed by the Americans with Disabilities Act shall be made by the Committee for the Disabled (Article 19, Section I.f.). Any decision of this Committee shall comply with this Agreement.
