Amendments to Agreements The Company shall not amend, modify or otherwise change the Warrant Agreement, Trust Agreement, Registration Rights Agreement, Purchase Agreements, the Services Agreement, or any Insider Letter without the prior written consent of the Representative which will not be unreasonably withheld.
