Product Content. All Products and their packaging will comply with Brocade's general specifications for environment (if any), and, for purposes of this Agreement, such specifications are part of the Specifications for the Product.
Product Content. Customer’s Products may contain sensitive or personal information. Sprint is not responsible for any information on Customer’s Products, including sensitive or personal information. Customer should remove or otherwise safeguard any sensitive or personal information when Customer relinquishes, exchanges, returns, or recycles a Product. If Customer exchanges, returns, or recycles Products through Sprint, Customer must remove all data from Products before providing them to Sprint.
Product Content. All Products and their packaging will comply with HP’s General Specifications for Environment, DWG No. A-5951-1745-1 [***] and, for purposes of this Agreement, such specifications are part of the Specifications for the Product.
Product Content. Vendor guarantees that the product descriptions, written product copy, specification sheets, supplemental feature/benefit information, photography, images, video animation or interactive media, graphics, audio, website addresses and other content (collectively, “Product Content”) furnished by Vendor to FMJ for any Products displayed on websites relating to FMJ eCommerce programs shall be accurate, complete, and comply with all relevant laws. Vendor grants to FMJ a non-exclusive, gratis license to use the Product Content furnished by the Vendor to FMJ in any advertisement or display of the Product, including, but not limited to, any of the websites relating to FMJ eCommerce programs. FMJ may opt to publish Product Content furnished by the Vendor unaltered (verbatim). Alternatively FMJ may opt to modify images or product descriptions in order to enhance the salability of the product, so long as it does not misrepresent what the customer is purchasing.
Product Content. Seller agrees to comply with product content restriction laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where the Product will be manufactured, imported from and, to the extent we advise Seller prior to order acceptance, exported to pursuant to the Agreement, including but not limited to the European Union (EU) Directive 2002/95/EC (the “EU Directive”) as amended from time to time, and any country specific implementing laws and regulations and (ii) any applicable legislation implemented outside the EU covering some or all of the matters covered by the EU Directive, and (iii) the Administrative Measures on the Prevention and Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products (known as the “China RoHS”). To the extent Products are imported into the EU, Seller hereby certifies that the Products comply with the EU REACH regulations, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation and Restriction of Chemicals (“REACH”).
Product Content. The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties, and as such all rights, title, and interest in and to the content offered, including but not limited to, any photographs, images, video animation, code, audio content, text, and music, that may be incorporated as part of the Product. Such offered content is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, offered content must be treated as any other copyrighted material, with the exception that it is allowable for You to make copies as provided by the License. However, printed material, which may accompany any offered content, may not be copied.

To the extent Products are imported into the EU, Seller hereby certifies that the Products comply with the EU REACH regulations, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation and Restriction of Chemicals (“REACH”). Seller hereby acknowledges that Purchaser may sell products containing the goods furnished hereunder in California, and Seller shall disclose in writing to Purchaser all materials in the goods furnished hereunder that require labeling under California Proposition 65.
Product Content. 2.1 The goods on which the Trademarks are to be used by the Licensee shall always contain the Lacprodan ingredient produced by the Licensor and supplied by the Licensor to the Licensee. Upon the Licensor’s request, the Licensee shall send to the Licensor samples of the goods on which the Trademarks are used.
Product Content. To the extent You own the Product Content that is supplied to Attribytes, You retain such ownership subject to the license granted to Attribytes in these Terms and the Master Agreement.
