Amendments Only in Writing. No amendment to or modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement otherwise permitted hereunder shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by all of the parties hereto.

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Wireless Installation Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Wireless Installation Agreement shall not be amended, changed, or altered except in writing signed by authorized representatives of both Parties or upon CPS Energy’s adoption of amendments to the Pole Attachment Standards and Licensee’s acceptance thereof in accordance with the terms of this Wireless Installation Agreement.
