Amendments in Connection with Financing. In connection with the procurement, continuation or renewal of any financing for which the Land or the Building represents collateral in whole or in part, if a lender shall request reasonable modifications of the Lease as a condition of such financing, Tenant will join with Landlord in amending this Lease, if such amendment does not materially and adversely affect Tenant’s economic interests under this Lease.
