AMENDED AND NEW DEFINITIONS AND TERMS. The definitions of "General Intangibles," "Prime Rate Margin," "Revolving Loan Borrowing Base," "Advance Ratio," and "Revolving Note" are hereby deleted from Section 1.1 to the Loan and Security Agreement and the following are inserted in their stead. The following definitions of "First Amendment 2 Effective Date" and "Special Advance" are hereby inserted into Section 1.1 to the Loan and Security Agreement:
